As a Certified Athletic Trainer, Board Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist, Restorative Exercise Specialist, and Women's Health Coach, I have a unique skill set that allows me to meet women where they are and put together a plan that fits in with their physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs. Everyone has that part of them that just wanted to get up and play, and my goal is to help women return to that play. Online and in-person programs available.
